Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, request a free homepage mockup, or request an appointment time, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, current website, preferred times, and project goals. If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta provides us with the information you enter on that form. Meta also handles that information under its own privacy terms.
Our site receives ordinary technical information needed to operate and protect it, such as your IP address and browser request details. With your consent, our site uses Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure page views, submitted inquiries and mockup requests, and completed calendar bookings. These tools may use Meta-related cookies and send limited visit information, including your browser identifier, click identifier if present, IP address, and browser information, to Meta. We do not send your form answers to Meta through these events.
How we use information
We use your contact and business details to respond to your request, discuss services and pricing, prepare a requested homepage mockup, and arrange calls. We also use technical information to maintain site security, prevent abuse, and understand site performance when you accept analytics.
We may call you about your request. We only send text-message follow-ups when you opt in on the form; that choice is optional and is not required to submit a request. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. We do not use a request for a mockup as consent to unrelated marketing messages.
Who receives information
We use service providers to host the website and deliver inquiry and appointment-request notifications by email (including Resend). If you book through the embedded Calendly scheduler, Calendly handles the booking details you enter under its own privacy policy. We share visit and conversion event information with Meta only as described above when you accept analytics. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and services.
Cookies and your choices
You can accept or decline Meta analytics in the site’s privacy banner and change your decision later using the “Privacy choices” control. Declining does not prevent you from browsing the site or sending an inquiry. Your browser may also let you remove stored cookies and site data.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and mockup details as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage our business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you; some information may need to be retained where required by law.
Security and updates
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of online transmission or storage is completely secure. We may update this policy as our services or practices change and will post the revised date here.
